Dave is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of CPAs and the Estate Planning Council. Dave spent the first part of his career with a national accounting firm in Dayton, Ohio.

With over thirty-eight years of public accounting experience, Dave has a high degree of knowledge in business operations. He serves as a business advisor to our clients and provides choices and advice for the difficult decisions required in today’s business environment. Dave has assisted with tax planning for businesses, individuals and estates.

Dave has completed cost studies for our manufacturing clients and has represented clients in major acquisitions that have included bank-financing arrangements. He has also provided his professional advice and creativity on transfers of a family business to the second generation.

Dave is the president of a Jamestown fishing club and a member of Rhode Island Saltwater Angler’s Association. He has been associated with Traveler’s Aid Society of Rhode Island and the Lions Club for many years. He enjoys fishing, canoeing, skiing and white water rafting.
