Moshe is a 1995 summa cum laude graduate of Providence College, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 2000, he received a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant College. Moshe is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its Tax Section, as well as the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Rhode Island Estate Planning Council.

Moshe has over twelve years experience in taxation in both public accounting and private industry. He has experience with the taxation of midsized businesses and their owners, large multistate corporations, and high-net worth individuals.

Moshe currently serves as Treasurer of the Providence Hebrew Day School. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Providence Community Kollel and East Side Housing Corporation.
