Moshe is a 1995 summa cum laude graduate of Providence College, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 2000, he received a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant College. Moshe is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its Tax Section, as well as the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Moshe has over eight years experience in taxation in both public accounting and private industry. He has experience with the taxation of small and midsized businesses and their owners, as well as large multistate corporations.

Moshe currently serves as Treasurer of the Providence Hebrew Day School. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Providence Community Kollel.
