 | Steve Noyes – Audit Partner
Steve brings 20 years of experience working with private companies with a focus in the technology industry. In addition to his extensive audit and financial reporting experience, Steve has worked with clients providing assistance regarding mergers and acquisitions, budgeting and projections, bank financing, and development of management reporting packages. During his career he has worked with private equity backed companies providing their management team and owners assistance in accounting and financial reporting matters, along with various strategic financial consulting. |  |
Jeff Allain – Audit Manager
Jeff is a leader in the firm's technology practice group, working with great entrepreneurs who are building innovative, next generation companies. He currently provides accounting and consulting for several area ventures including Nulabel Technologies, Tracelytics and Manpacks. Mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, Jeff regularly volunteers at the RI Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and is also an active member of the Brown Forum for Enterprise. He plays a leading role in supporting the local tech scene by representing BFMM’s sponsorship of Providence Geeks.
Prior to joining BFMM, Jeff was an member of RSM McGladrey’s Boston audit department with a focus in the technology industry.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys surfing and stand up paddle boarding.

George brings over 25 years of experience practicing as a certified public accountant, providing income and estate planning strategies to closely held businesses and their owners. George provides the following tax planning strategies to technology companies: choice of entity; stock options plans; 409A issues; research & development tax credits; income deferral for software development and software maintenance; equity structure; and state tax credits. |
