Brenda is a graduate of Bryant University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She also earned a Masters of Professional Accountancy Degree, with a concentration in financial planning from Rhode Island College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Brenda has over 13 years experience in both public accounting and private industry. She has concentrated her recent years in taxation for middle market companies. Brenda has assisted owners on tax planning and helped develop tax strategies for the client. She also has financial reporting and management experience in private industry for a large publicly traded company.
